There are two methods I’ve used for this one. Use whichever you like best.
Method #1:
What you will need:
- Lindt Gold Bunny & Friends Assorted Chocolates
- 2″ poly tubing
- Scissors
- Curling Ribbon of your color choices (My favorite is the Berwick 3/16″ crimped kind)
Directions:
- Step 1: Slide the Lindt Gold Bunny & Friends Assorted Chocolates into the Poly Tubing (As many as you want, but make sure you use enough so the candy lei will fit over a persons head)
- Step 2: Start tying ribbons in between the chocolates once you have all the candies in there you want. (Have them close together or space them. It’s up to you)
- Step 3: Cut the end of the poly tubing that is still attached to the roll when you are done putting all the chocolates in and when you’re done tying on the ribbons.
- Note: you can either precut the tubing or leave it attached to the roll until the very end. I personally choose to leave it attached and uncut until the end so that I am sure I have enough length.
- Note: Be sure to leave enough tubing at both ends to tie them off
- Step 4: Tie the two ends of the tubing together and cut off the extra plastic. Add some more curling ribbon onto that part, if needed to cover it.
- Step 5: Curl the ribbons with the scissors

Method #2
- Lay out plastic wrap on a clean table/surface
- Place chocolates in a line on the plastic wrap. Leave a enough space between the chocolates so that you can tie ribbons in between them later. Also be sure to place them about an inch or more away from the edge of plastic wrap.
- Begin to wrap them and roll them
- Tie curling ribbon between each of the chocolates
- Tie the two ends together and add more ribbon to that part to cover the tied ends.
- Curl the ribbons
